Will winter brine come out of the carpets?

Usually, though not by vacuuming. Road brine dissolves into the carpet backing and recrystallises as it dries, which is why the white film keeps returning. Extraction flushes it out with water rather than moving it around, and a heavily loaded carpet sometimes needs a second pass.

Can every stain and odour be removed?

Honestly, no. Some come out completely, some fade, some are permanent, and which one yours is depends on the substance, the material it reached, how long it sat and what has already been tried. You will get a straight read on that before booking rather than a hopeful one.

How long does an appointment take?

A maintenance detail is quick. A deep interior on a working car with embedded spills is not, and an engine bay adds time on top. We give a realistic window once we have seen photos or the vehicle, and if you need it back by a certain hour, say so when booking and we will tell you honestly whether that works.

What should I do before the appointment?

Clear out anything loose, take valuables with you, and lift out child seats unless you want us cleaning underneath them. For a mobile booking, make sure the vehicle can stay where we will be working for the whole appointment and that the property permits it.
